Where is your skin studio located?
My private skincare studio is based at my home in Baildon. The full address will be shared once your appointment is confirmed to protect client privacy.
Is your studio a professional treatment space?
Yes. Although home-based, the studio is a dedicated, fully equipped treatment space designed to provide a professional, relaxing and hygienic experience with its own entry.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available next to the house. Full details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
How do I book a skincare appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through the booking system. Advance booking is recommended as availability is limited.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All treatments are by appointment only to ensure privacy, preparation time and personalised care for every client.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required, however card capture is used to support the cancellation policy and protect appointment time.
Do you offer consultations before treatments?
Yes. A consultation is carried out before every treatment to assess your skin, discuss concerns and make sure the treatment is suitable for you on the day.
What skincare treatments do you offer?
Services include bespoke luxury facials and advanced skincare treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning and radiofrequency, depending on your skin and treatment goals.
Will my facial be tailored to my skin?
Yes. Every facial is bespoke and planned around your skin on the day. No two skins are the same, so your treatment will be adapted to suit your skin, concerns and comfort level.
Are treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Many treatments can be adapted for sensitive skin. Please share any sensitivities, allergies, skin conditions or medication during your consultation so the most suitable approach can be chosen.
What products do you use?
I use carefully selected professional skincare products chosen for their quality, effectiveness and suitability within treatment-led skincare routines.
Can you help me choose homecare products?
Yes. Homecare advice can be provided as part of your treatment or consultation, helping you choose products that support your skin between appointments.
Is the studio clean and hygienic?
Absolutely. Strict hygiene and sanitation procedures are followed, including sterilised tools and disposable items where required. The studio is also council clinical certified.
Should I mention medical conditions, allergies or medication?
Yes. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, recent procedures, skin reactions or medication before your appointment so your treatment can be carried out safely.
Can I attend if I feel unwell?
If you are feeling unwell, please get in touch to reschedule. This helps protect both clients and the therapist.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in payment being taken for the booked treatment.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation to avoid delaying other clients.
Can I bring someone with me?
Due to the private nature of the studio, clients are kindly asked to attend appointments alone unless otherwise agreed in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Full payment is required on the day of treatment and can be made by bank transfer, card or preferably cash.
Do you provide aftercare advice?
Yes. Aftercare advice is provided following every treatment to help support your skin and encourage the best possible results.
