Hello… it’s me 👋 If you’re new around here, I thought I’d pop on and introduce myself… I’m Lauren — the face behind Bespoke Beauty & Skincare 🤍 With over 25 years in the beauty industry, there’s not much I haven’t seen — and I can honestly say I still love it just as much today. Now in my 40s, I truly understand what so many women are trying to achieve with their skin — the frustrations, the changes, and how hard it can feel to finally be comfortable and confident in it. Bespoke originally started as a general beauty service, but has naturally evolved into a results-driven skin clinic. Every treatment is built around a completely personalised plan — focusing on your individual concerns, restoring your skin barrier, and improving overall skin health. Outside of the treatment room, I’m a mum to a very loved 5-year-old (who many of my clients already know 🥰), slightly obsessed with matcha (yes, I know — controversial 🤪), and recently embracing long walks thanks to Wilf the Dachshund 🐾 And while I do love the wholesome life… I’m equally here for beautiful products, luxury hotels, a good glass of wine, and sunshine ☀️ I can’t wait to welcome some of my new followers into the clinic very soon 🤍

🌟 Winter can be harsh on your skin — but these 5 easy fixes will keep your glow strong all season ❄️✨ Which mistake surprised you the most? 1. *Washing with Hot Water* Hot showers feel amazing in winter, but they strip your skin barrier, causing dryness and irritation.�Try: Lukewarm water + a gentle, non-stripping cleanser. 2. *Skipping Moisturiser on Damp Skin* Applying moisturizer on dry skin wastes hydration.�Fix: Apply your moisturizer within 60 seconds of cleansing to lock in moisture. 3. *Using the Same Routine as Summer* Winter needs richer textures and barrier-loving ingredients.�Update: Add products with ceramides, squalane, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, or a thicker night cream. 4. *Over-Exfoliating* Cold weather = already stressed skin.
